Can you work from my designs?
We love it when our clients are creative! We will do our best to work from your designs and work with you every step of the way. The first step to owning your own dream bespoke treehouse is to get in touch with our team and share your ideas!
Do I need planning permission?
Planning applications start from £150 and it is likely that you will also need to provide detailed drawings and even Ordnance Survey maps showing the exact location of the treehouse so that planning officials can assess the impact on surrounding properties.

How much does it cost?
The cost of a treehouse will vary greatly. It all depends on the design and how much materials are used. All treehouses are totally unique. They can cost between £4,000 and £50,000+, depending on whether it’s a childs treehouse or a luxury living space.
Once requirements are agreed, we ask for 50% of the project cost to be paid on confirming your order, with the balance due on completion. Your build will then be scheduled and the exciting part begins!

How long will it take to build my treehouse?
How much does it cost for a site visit?
We get a lot of requests for site surveys, so we make a nominal charge for surveys that we happily refund on completion of your project with us.
Zip wire site surveys & design consultations that cannot be done remotely using web based technology are charged at £150* per survey within the M25. (Survey fee refunded on completion of your project with us).
Site surveys & design consultations outside the M25 are dependent upon travel time from our location in Hampshire and likely project requirements. Please call us for an initial discussion and we can confirm a price and time to come and meet with you.
